What is your current turnaround time?

Turnaround times may vary depending on the size of your order, product availability, and our current order volume. Generally; your order should be completed within 10-14 business days. If there is an issue with product availability we will contact you and give you an estimated completion date. If you need an item by a certain date, please contact us PRIOR to ordering to ensure availability and current turnaround times. ** We do our best to answer questions regarding the status of your order. However; if your order is still within our turnaround time, please be patient, we are working hard to get it ready. **

Do you accept returns? 

Due to the nature of our business we do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. Each shirt is essentially custom made as we only keep a few styles in stock for events. ** Please ensure you are ordering the correct color, size, style, and design PRIOR to purchase **. Feel free to ask as many questions as you need to ensure you are ordering the correct item. We have size charts, colors samples, and lots of knowledge we are happy to share! 

However; we do stand behind our work. If there is an error on OUR part please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or purchase. We will gladly correct our error free of charge. The item must be in original condition, unwashed, and no alterations made.  Items purchased at events are subject to the same return policy. 

Do you offer rush orders?

We will always try to accommodate a rush order. However; please contact us PRIOR to ordering to ensure your order can be processed. Please keep in mind additional shipping & processing charges may be required.

Do your shirts fit true to size?

All shirts unless otherwise stated are unisex sizing. Most of our shirts have a high poly count and shrinking is minimal. If you would like a ladies fit, big & tall, long sleeve, cropped or other variations please contact us. We also have sizing charts available upon request. 

What brand of shirts do you use?

We generally use Bella Canvas, Next Level, and Tultex brand shirts. However; we do occasionally use other brands depending on the shirt style and shirt availability. If you have a preference on shirt brand, please contact us PRIOR to ordering. ** We reserve the right to make substitutions to advertised brands due to availability, without notice.**

*** Effective 12/2021 there is a shortage on certain styles and colors of hoodies and crewnecks. Please be patient as we are doing our best to find suitable replacements. *** 

 

Are your shirts mass produced?

Sometimes it feels that way, but no. Every shirt is hand pressed, bleached, and  dyed, by us. When you order from us you are getting a truly unique product! No two are exactly alike, EVER. With that being said please expect slight variations in bleaching patterns, tie dying, design color, shading and brightness, etc. Also, we do use **mockups** of our designs on our website. Due to our large design selection this is the most economical way to showcase our designs. Again, there will be slight variations in color. 

 

 How much do you charge for shipping? 

 

We ship through the USPS and we charge $5.00 flat rate shipping. Please contact us if you are needing international shipping. If you are in the Kansas City or Tonganoxie, KS area we also offer contact free pick up.

Where are you located?

All shirts and merchandise are created in Kansas City, KS. This includes hand bleaching, dying, designing, printing and pressing in our she-shed! However; we do offer pick up in the Tonganoxie, KS area. You will also find us each weekend at several events primarily in the Kansas City Metro area. Check out our events calendar on the homepage. ** Please note ** We do not have a store front (yet), please do not arrive to shop at our listed address. This is our home, production and pick-up location only. 

 

 

 What forms of payment do you accept?

 We accept all major credit cards, Google & Apple Pay, Venmo, and cash. No COD.
