Because most of our shirts are made specifically for each order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
Please carefully review the design, color, size, and style before completing your purchase. We are happy to answer questions before you order to help ensure you select the correct item.
We proudly stand behind the quality of our work. If we made an error with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will gladly correct the error at no additional charge.
This policy also applies to purchases made at events. All food products and items sold by our independent vendors are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, refunded, or canceled once an order has been placed. Items picked up at our retail store cannot be returned or exchanged after leaving the store, regardless of their condition upon receipt, except where required by law.
